The entire purpose of Online accounting, online invoicing, automation software comes to a halt when we have to print out this final step on paper.

You'll have to create a recurring sales receipt template first to get a hold of the form. Let me show you how:

November 12, 2019 06:40 AMHave there been any updates on this? We manage a couple hundred or more recurring transactions and deal with rejections monthly because clients have received new cards. There has to be a better way to automate this. Does anyone know if QBO offers a way to obtain online cc info and signatures or is planning to in the future?
November 12, 2019 07:09 AMAs of the moment, there isn't an integrated way of updating the credit card information for clients' recurring payments.
In the meantime, you can consider manually editing the credit card information of your clients after receiving their new card. To do so:
